Warden Law Sprint Series Race Report – KMS Race Team Take on Challenging Conditions

The Warden Law Sprint Series Race Report highlights an exciting weekend of karting at Warden Law, where KMS Race Team drivers faced tricky conditions, pushing their skills to the limit. With wet and slippery track conditions in the final, the team had to adjust their approach, showing resilience and determination throughout the event.

Sawyers – Strong Start, Tricky Final

Sawyers returned to racing for the first time since August, and despite the time away, he quickly found pace. He put in a solid performance in qualifying and pre-finals, showing his ability to run at the front. However, the slippery conditions in the final made for a tricky challenge, affecting his pace slightly. Nonetheless, considering his time off the track, it was an impressive comeback weekend that sets him up well for future races at Warden Law.

Jack Robinson – Impressive Recovery Drive

Jack started the weekend well with a strong qualifying session. However, an unfortunate collision in the pre-finals sent him to the back of the grid for the final. Despite this setback, he fought hard, showing great determination and racecraft to work his way halfway through the grid by the end of the race. A strong recovery drive and a weekend full of lessons learned at Warden Law Sprint Series.

Marcel Popakul – Fast All Weekend, Unfortunate Final

Marcel was on form from the start, showing impressive pace throughout the weekend. His efforts in qualifying put him in a strong position, and he finished 2nd in the pre-finals, setting himself up as a contender for the win. In the final, he led for several laps, showcasing his race-winning potential. Unfortunately, a tangle with another driver resulted in contact, leading to a flat tyre that forced him to retire. A disappointing end to a promising race, but a clear sign of his speed and competitiveness at the Warden Law Sprint Series.

Looking Ahead

The Warden Law Sprint Series Race Report shows how the KMS Race Team continues to gain valuable experience and develop strong racecraft. With strong pace shown across the weekend, the team will take these lessons forward, preparing for upcoming events.
